The Sonoma International Film Festival has many opportunities available for seasonal, temporary, part-time and full time paid and volunteer positions.

Current Openings:
- Special Events Coordinator: Manage and organize special events and parties during SIFF. Includes such events as Industry Mixer, Opening Night Reception, and Awards Party.
- Admin/Customer Support: Phone and clerical support needed several weeks before and during the Festival. Pleasant phone manner and computer skills needed.
- Food & Beverage Manager: Coordinate food, beverages and wine for parties, events and backlot area for the Festival. Develop and maintain relationship with vendors for both in-kind and paid products.
- Volunteer Coordinators: Co-direct volunteer base with venue scheduling before and during Festival and assist with training of all volunteers prior to start of Festival.
- Ballot & Survey Coordinator: Distribution and tabulation of audience voting for films in competition for award categories for 15th annual Festival. Also, help with demographic surveys during the Festival.
- Tribute / Spotlight Producer: Executing a high visibility, celebrity production that includes sound, film, projection and set design.
- Sponsor Concierge: Supports persons who represent our film sponsors with travel, accommodations, reservations, etc.
- Member Concierge: Supports our high level members, passholders and supporters during the Festival with reservations, venue seating, etc.
- Venue Managers: High energy people needed to manage each film venue during the Festival. Includes opening and closing procedures and customer service.
We also have student internships. If you are a student and can work 5- 10 hours per week, please send a brief description of yourself and days that you would be available to come to our office on Napa St. in Sonoma and include your contact information.
